Petersburg Mi the pullout drawer

Wood Plans Woodworking Carpentry Download
While the finish nailer is in the shop for repairs, Im taking the opportunity to build the pullout drawer for the left base cabinet. Im using box joints on the corners, and heres the setup:
On the router, Ive made a jig to create the box joints. Basically, I run the first corner, leapfrogging it over the key on the jig. For the opposing side, I flip the first piece backwards, using that as a spacer for the first cut on the second piece, and then continue leapfrogging.
A good jig will yield a good tight box joint, and by gluing the corners, this joint is one of the strongest made. Ill stain the sides and make a nice face, and the drawer will be done!
